What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative partnership between the client and the coach. The coach facilitates client’s learning and exploration and in turn, the client assumes full responsibility for personal actions and decisions.
Coaching is NOT therapy. Please contact a mental health professional if you are seeking therapy or counseling services.
